“Foundation Claims Weather Manipulation Power”

Date:

A group known as the Cacique Cobra Coral Foundation asserts its ability to manipulate weather conditions at will, claiming ties to significant British occurrences. Originating from South America, the foundation presents itself as a mix of esoteric beliefs and science, suggesting it can modify climate patterns by channeling the spirit of the Cacique, an indigenous leader, through its current leader, medium Adelaide Scritori.

The foundation’s mission, as stated on its official website, is to prevent disasters resulting from human-induced imbalances in nature. According to Adelaide, the foundation’s roots go back further than her tenure, with claims of communication from the Cacique’s spirit to both her and her father since her birth, purportedly having historical contacts with figures like Galileo Galilei and Abraham Lincoln.

The group gained prominence in the 1980s when Adelaide and her husband, Osmar Santos, proposed weather manipulation strategies to local and international governmental bodies. This led to media coverage, including articles in The Guardian in 1987 detailing offers of weather assistance to Margaret Thatcher and Saddam Hussein for different purposes.

Despite some dismissals of their proposals, such as Thatcher’s alleged ignorance and Hussein’s polite refusal, the foundation garnered interest in the UK. Reports surfaced of Adelaide being hired to ensure good weather during major events like Prince William and Princess Catherine’s wedding in 2011 and Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan’s ceremony in 2018.

Beyond the UK, the foundation claims to have been approached by various crisis-stricken governments worldwide. Instances include assisting Japan during nuclear tensions, involvement in the Gulf War, and aiding China in mitigating air pollution through targeted rainfall.

In Brazil, the foundation was engaged by the state of Santa Catarina in 1985 to address flooding issues and by Brasilia during a water crisis in 2017. Despite lacking formal scientific recognition, the FCCC participates in events like the Rock in Rio festival and operates as a non-governmental organization without charging for its services.
