The Met Office has issued a yellow wind warning covering all of Northern Ireland, with strong gusts posing potential disruptions to transportation and infrastructure until 7 pm tonight. Chief Meteorologist Matthew Lehnert foresees continued unsettled weather over the weekend and into the following week.
Looking ahead, the Met Office warns of a stormy weather system next week, with heavy rain and strong winds likely on Monday and Tuesday.
