Highlighting one specific type of seizure called absence seizure, Gemma detailed Mia’s health progress in an Instagram Story, clarifying that the family had been dealing with Mia’s condition privately for nearly 18 months. She reassured followers that Mia is now doing well and leading a fulfilling life.
Gemma also touched on the positive impact of a keto diet recommended by a doctor to help with Mia’s brain function. According to her, this dietary adjustment has shown improvements, with Mia experiencing reduced absence seizures over the past six months.
