Khan, 38, also known as Manny, has ties to the Wolverhampton area. Police have released a photograph of Khan and CCTV footage captured a day before the shooting. Tragically, Mr. Mills succumbed to his injuries at the scene, while the injured man remains hospitalized in critical condition.
