The escalating tensions between the two nations stem from the US’s refusal to recognize Maduro as Venezuela’s legitimate leader following disputed elections in 2024.
The deployment of the USS Gerald R Ford, boasting impressive dimensions and capabilities, has sparked concerns about potential military actions between the US and Venezuela.
