“Hazardous House Auction in North Wales for £40K”

Date:

A house in North Wales, filled with clutter and labeled as hazardous, is scheduled to be auctioned for £40,000. Prospective buyers are urged to wear full protective gear if they wish to inspect the property.

Located in the village of Nantlle, near Llyn Nantlle Uchaf in Gwynedd, this three-bedroom house, previously owned by a deceased individual, is on the market with a starting price of £40,000. The semi-detached residence comprises three bedrooms, a bathroom, two reception rooms, and an open-plan kitchen.

Ashleigh McMullan, representing Williams and Goodwin, stated that the property requires extensive renovation but could be an exciting project for the winning bidder. She advised interested parties to don full protective equipment due to safety concerns within the property.

Furthermore, McMullan mentioned that the successful buyer would need to clear out the belongings inside. Viewings are limited due to the excessive clutter, and the property’s layout and measurements are approximate estimates and should not be solely relied upon.

The village of Nantlle is known for its picturesque surroundings, hiking trails, and stunning vistas. With a population of only 228 as of 2011, 42% of the residents were born in England.

Situated on the outskirts of the striking Eryri Snowdonia National Park, the village is surrounded by slate quarries, moorland, and mountains. The auction for the three-bedroom property is scheduled for October 9.
