Eligible users will automatically see the additional 10GB added to their monthly data allowance, viewable in their account and the MyO2 app at some point this month. Simply check your settings to confirm the free data boost.
The added data comes with no usage restrictions, allowing customers to enjoy activities like movie streaming, photo sharing, or using services such as FaceTime. O2 emphasizes that this giveaway is a token of appreciation for being a part of their network.
This promotion is available to all Pay Monthly customers, except those already on Unlimited plans or business tariffs. If you are on a standard monthly plan without unlimited data, keep an eye out for your festive bonus arriving soon.

O2 estimates that the extra data could provide around 20 hours of video calls, 2,000 streamed songs, or approximately four and a half hours of HD Netflix or Disney+ viewing.
This complimentary offer follows the recent Connected Nations report by Ofcom, revealing that UK smartphone users consumed 10% more mobile data in 2025 compared to 2024, totaling a massive 1.2 billion GB per month.
