“Sky Customers Get Free HBO Max Access”

Date:

Sky customers in the UK are in for a treat as HBO Max, the latest streaming service offering a plethora of popular HBO dramas and Warner Bros. films, has been introduced. Subscribers with the Sky Ultimate TV package can now access HBO Max for free, which includes top titles like Game of Thrones, Friends, and Dune, saving them over £50 annually.

Sky confirmed that Sky Stream, Sky Glass, and Sky Q customers with the appropriate package will receive HBO Max Basic with Ads as part of their subscription. This addition complements the existing lineup of entertainment options available to Sky customers.

To start enjoying HBO Max, customers with eligible Sky packages can simply launch the HBO Max app from their homepage and follow the on-screen instructions to activate the service. Once activated, they can enjoy a wide range of content on demand.

For those not yet on the Sky Ultimate TV plan, they can switch to it starting from £22 per month, which will include access to over 130 Sky channels, Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, and the upcoming Hayu service. Sophia Ahmad, Sky’s Chief Consumer Officer, emphasized the significance of this integration, highlighting the unique offering of combining Sky, Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, and Hayu in a single subscription.

Additionally, NOW Entertainment customers will also benefit from HBO Max at no extra cost, seamlessly integrated into the NOW app. For non-Sky subscribers interested in HBO Max, they can sign up directly on the HBO Max website, with Standard with Ads plans starting at £5.99 per month.
