Other affected holiday parks comprise Solway Holiday Park, Gwel an Mor Resort, and Springwood Holiday Park. Administrators are currently evaluating potential sales options for the business and have notified owners through letters.
For individuals with upcoming bookings at these resorts, administrators advise reaching out to the site manager. The resorts affected by this situation are as follows: Seal Bay Resort in West Sussex remains operational and unaffected. Alvarez & Marsal Europe has been appointed to oversee the administration process for Cove Communities Holiday Park UK Holdco Limited (HPUK), along with its subsidiaries.

They assured owners, residents, and holidaymakers that day-to-day operations will proceed with minimal disruptions, encouraging them to contact site managers with any queries.

Despite this, Seal Bay, the largest resort under Cove UK, remains unaffected by the administration and continues to operate as usual. The company’s primary focus remains on customer service and executing long-term strategies, expressing gratitude for the support received from employees, owners, and customers.
