The experts emphasize the exceptional clarity of the waters, attributed to unique minerals, which reflect vibrant hues like pink, orange, turquoise, and green on the limestone walls during sunny weather. The caves, seen from above, are framed by a grand arch with vistas of Filfla Island, creating a truly awe-inspiring sight. Additionally, they provided a list of top activities for visitors to enjoy at the Blue Grotto.
Parking facilities, public toilets, cafes, snack bars, and gift shops are available at Wied iż-Żurrieq for visitors’ convenience. During rough sea conditions, boat tours may be suspended, but the scenic viewpoints and picnic areas remain worthwhile attractions.
