The tablet market continues to be dominated by Apple’s iPad, renowned for its premium design, powerful performance, extensive app library, and long-lasting battery. However, Android competitors, especially Samsung’s Galaxy Tab series, are rapidly closing the gap. Other manufacturers like HONOR, Amazon, and Microsoft also offer compelling tablet options.
OnePlus has now entered the fray with its latest release, the OnePlus Pad 3. This new tablet is powered by the high-performance Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform, renowned for its speed and efficiency.
The OnePlus Pad 3 boasts a 13.2-inch screen with a unique 7:5 aspect ratio, 256GB of storage, four speakers, over 15 hours of battery life, and a cooling system utilizing vapour chambers to prevent overheating. Despite its slim profile, OnePlus emphasizes that the device is bend-resistant and supports rapid charging with an 80W SUPERVOOC charger.
Running on OxygenOS 15, the OnePlus Pad 3 is packed with the latest features and AI capabilities. Similar to the iPad, users can enhance the tablet with a keyboard case for laptop-like functionality and a stylus for note-taking and drawing.
According to Celina Shi, Chief Marketing Officer of OnePlus Europe, the OnePlus Pad 3 sets a new standard for Android tablets in 2025 with its powerful hardware, immersive display, portability, productivity features, and impressive audio for gaming and entertainment.
